Our end goal is to ensure that you’re satisfied with what we’ve built for you therefore we are dedicated to ensuring that we produce the best solution that solves the issue we promised we would help you solve. With that said, we do have a process of the way we work in which we truly stand by, that helps us understand your needs, your end goal, the result you desire to achieve and what we can do internally to achieve those.

Who we are and what we do

With ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification and 30 years of supplying software and consultancy to the financial services sector with both multi-national and specialist boutique customers, CTC has a pedigree to give confidence in any project.

Pensions is one very complicated industry so we make it our mission to simplify complications within pension through automation, which in turn helps you scale your business. Not to mention an excellent customer journey as well and complying with any existing compliance as well as any compliance that will be introduced in the future - making pensions simple for you and your customers/members.

Our process

  • Contact us either via email at sales@ctcpensionstech.com or via a contact form on our website by clicking here with information on your product of interest.

    Our friendly sales team will respond as soon as they can, usually within 24 hours.

  • We meet virtually to discuss what you would like to achieve and what your desired end goal is. Throughout the whole project, we will communicate everything with you either via email or via meeting virtually. We highly value transparency and honesty. This way, we can work together collaboratively while ensuring that the progress is moving in the right direction and matches your vision.

  • Even with our vast experience in creating platforms in the financial sector, we understand every project is unique, so we start each project as if it is the first, to help us interpret what you want to achieve as the desired result.

  • Then we use our industry knowledge to ask investigative questions so we can delve deeper into the topic matter to fully understand how we would best tackle your project. Once defined, we begin our pursuit for the concept that best solves your problem, within the boundaries of the project brief.

  • We then apply our design know-how to work with you through workshops and digital prototyping reviews to produce the ideal solution for you and your customers.

  • Our experienced development team will bring the design to life and will work with your IT and operations team to implement the solution in your digital world.

  • After we’ve completed the project and handed the result over to you, we are still here to support you through any technical difficulties. CTC typically provide its applications under a SaaS model, however, we are equally comfortable supporting an on-premises deployment.

 

The timeline

As every project is unique from another, the timeline of the project will depend on the scope of each project. We are unable to offer a precise estimate until we understand your end goal and the scope of the work our teams at CTC will be working on. Once everything has been discussed and agreed upon, we will be able to share an accurate timeline of the project with you. Just like anything else, although not ideal, things may not go as planned so we remain flexible in order to ensure the outcome isn’t compromised while extra time can be accommodated.

Project management methods

You will be assigned a designated project manager who will be in communication with you throughout the project to communicate the progress while ensuring our internal teams are on track with the agreed assignment.

After delivery, you will be assigned a designated client service manager who will be able to assist you with any technical difficulties that you may experience in the future. Although we aim to produce the best possible product, at times, bugs are required to be fixed in order for the solution to operate faster and better.
